Ensure payments are collected in time Continues Follow-up on Collection with the customer Customer Interaction(Locate and Notify customer) Adherence to timelines on collections Interact the clients in a courteous manner and maintain punctuality in center meetings. Update the details of all payments received and deposit the same in branch.
