Area Manager - Branch Banking-BRANCH BANKING-Area Head's Office Area Manager -Branch Banking Job Description Job Name : Area Manager NR Grade: M7 - VP JOB ROLE : Enhancement of Deposit pool from Customers Establishing standards and delivery of service Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively. Fee Income Manage productivity of NR RMs and overall morale of team members Overall responsible for NR SA/TD and cross sell from NR Book for the region. JOB REQUIREMENT: Overall 6-8 yrs of banking experience; out of which 5-6yrs in Retail Liabilities. Must have had Sales experience and exposure, PMS,AIF, Mutual funds and other Liabilities products Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIIB Good Leadership skills In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer “DELIGHT” Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centres & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives. Achieve business objectives for the area, meeting value, volume, and channel productivity targets Drive revenue generation through sales of CASA, assets, TFX, and third-party products (e.g., insurance) Lead and mentor Branch Managers, Operations Teams, and Sales Teams Enhance deposit pool and customer engagement across branches Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to audit standards Plan and manage manpower across branches for optimal productivity Improve RM and RO channel performance and service delivery Drive service quality parameters and customer satisfaction across the area Maintain high morale and productivity among branch personnel Establish and uphold standards for customer service excellence Experience Level Senior Level
