Area Credit Manager-CEQ-Credit Appraisal-Delhi - Videocon Towers-MM• Business Vertical SME credit Designation Area Credit Manager -CEQ Grade M3/M4/M5 Educational Qualification MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/ CA or Equivalent Experience 5-9 years in Banks/NBFC 1 To prepare the credit note comprising of the detailed transaction structuring/ assessment with a focus on the assessment part of the sought credit facility To perform the financial analysis in detail attending to all major movements in P&L & Balance sheet while ascertaining /citing the precise reason of such movement.To prepare the Credit Note comprising of structure of the transaction and view of credit, detailing risk and mitigants 2 Undertake regular interaction with collections / sales to track delinquencies Study delinquent cases with a view to derive learning and sharing the same with the team 3 Pre approval and rating of all clients with exposure more than Rs 500L Regular Training sessions for Sales / Channel Partners / Filed sales staff on the various product policies & processes 4 Managing portfolio to meet the requisite quality of documentation, post disbursal documents and delinquency levels 5 Working on projects/process improvements from time To time 6 To be able critically evaluate the transaction risk, business & Financial risk of the borrower as well as industry risk involved in any given industry 7 Development of market intelligence by engaging with the people in other banks and FIs w.r.t. their policies, focus area, portfolio health 8 To identify the automation opportunities in existing processes, new product development 9 To raise early warning signals for exit of stress accounts and take due measures for timely exit 10 To ensure minimal audit queries including RBI and statutory audits and resolve the same within prescribed timelines
