We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at at Ecostylecrafts. The role involves performing below responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Perform administrative task such as maintaining books of accounts, petty cash handling, scanning, filing, follow ups.
2) Ensuring that work deadlines are met and completed correctly.
3) Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
4) Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
5) Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
6) Maintain office and production unit supplies, by checking inventory and order items
7) Respond to emails and calls for queries. 8) Assume other ad-hoc duties when needed
Job Requirements:
The position offers ₹12000 - ₹18000 and the minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and Tally Prime.
