Job Description _ Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
· Office & Facility Management:
Manage day-to-day office operations, cleanliness, safety, utilities, and vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, maintenance).
· Vendor & Procurement:
Handle vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, procurement of office/automobile/logistics supplies, and invoice processing.
· Travel & Logistics:
Organize staff travel/accommodation, coordinate logistics for vehicle dispatch, spare parts, and maintain vehicle records (insurance, servicing, RTO, etc.).
· HR & Operational Support:
Assist with on boarding, ID/access control, employee engagement, and admin support for training programs.
· Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulations and coordinate with legal/compliance teams on licenses and factory act requirements.
Required Skills:
· Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
· Vendor negotiation & management
· Familiarity with DMS or admin systems
· Excellent communication & documentation skills
· Discretion in handling confidential information
