CCTV Operator
Job description
1. Watch and monitor CCTV footage live streaming on multiple screens in key locations
2. Record, store, or edit digital footage as evidence.
3. Identify instances of suspicious or unusual behaviour.
4. Reporting incidents to Senior management
5. Ensuring the CCTV system is fully functioning, and that video footage is recorded and stored appropriately.
6. Capture the timing of the reporting time of latecomers and the exit time of early goers.
7. Do not allow any employees inside the surveillance cabin other than the senior management team.
8. Maintain all findings and reporting confidential.
9. Monitor all empty cabins also and any untoward incidents to be shared in the surveillance group.
10. Branch doubts are to be clarified with reporting heads and inappropriate findings are to be shared.
