Job Responsibilities :-

Employee Taxation & Compliance

Manage employee taxation and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Handle payroll tax deductions, filings, and reconciliations.

Stay updated on tax regulations and implement necessary changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com, M.Com and MBA (Finance) or relevant finance qualification preferred.

Strong knowledge of insurance policies, taxation, and statutory compliances.

Experience in handling internal audits and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with finance automation tools (Happay, ERP, SAP, etc.).

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
