Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist in preparing payment schedules and reports

Support monthly closing activities and audits
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries
Maintain accounting records in ERP or accounting software
