We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our team at at Growbit Business Services Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Process salary payments accurately and on time
Handle vendor payments and maintain proper records
Manage daily payouts with required approvals from management
Ensure compliance and deductions related to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally
Handle PF & ESIC filings as per statutory requirements
Manage and assist in GST-related activities and filings
Key Skills Required:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with Tally
• Understanding of TDS, GST, PF, and ESIC
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle financial data confidentially
• Basic communication and coordination skills
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
