Job Description

Job Title: Payment Executive

Department: Accounts / Finance

Job Responsibilities:

Process and manage payments of staff and labour on a regular basis

Prepare NEFT sheets accurately for bank transactions

Handle GST-related work including calculation, filing, and record maintenance

Maintain financial records and entries using Tally Prime

Perform daily data entry and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel

Verify payment details and ensure accuracy before processing

Coordinate with bank and internal teams for smooth payment processing

Maintain proper documentation of all transactions and payment records

Assist in audits and financial reporting when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime gold

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Understanding of GST, pf esic filing and compliance

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work

Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibility
