Accounts Payable Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our team at at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP) – Requirements

  1. Processing and validation of vendor invoices

  2. Maintenance and update of vendor master data

  3. Processing of employee travel and expense claims

  4. Execution of payment processing and reconciliation

  5. Handling vendor queries and resolving invoice/payment-related issues

  Accounts Receivable (AR) – Requirements

  1. Generation and posting of customer invoices

  2. Reconciliation of customer accounts

  3. Maintenance and management of customer account data

  4. Follow-up on outstanding receivables

  5. Dispute management and resolution with customers

  Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – Requirements

  1. Defined turnaround time for invoice processing

  2. Accuracy benchmarks for AP and AR transactions

  3. Timelines for response and resolution of vendor and customer queries

  4. Adherence to agreed working hours and coverage models

  5. Compliance with internal controls, data security, and confidentiality standards

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
