Key Responsibilities: Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations. Coordinate with support, procurement and business teams for invoice approvals and discrepancies. Query Handling: Act as the first point of contact for internal teams in related to payments and invoices. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Support Functions, Procurement, Operations, HR, Business Functions) to ensure smooth payment cycles. Maintain effective communication with vendors and service providers. Data Compilation & Reporting: Compile and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions. Assist in preparing periodic reports and reconciliations for audits and internal reviews. Compliance & Controls: Adhere to internal controls and audit requirements. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Optional - CA (Inter) or CMA (Inter) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, GL or a similar finance role. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
