Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance

• Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial transactions

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit processes

• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems

• Provide financial insights to support business decisions

• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com or CA Inter preferred)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance management

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
