Accounts Manager

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded appropriately.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices and follow-ups.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

• Prepare and maintain the general ledger and ensure completeness of entries.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare schedules for management review.

• Assist with statutory and tax compliance tasks, including GST, TDS, and other filings as applicable.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information flow.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in enhancing accounting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• 5-9 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
