Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance & accounting operations

• Prepare MIS, P&L & Cash Flow reports

• Budgeting, forecasting & financial planning

• Monitor revenue, expenses & cost control

• Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI & statutory compliance

• Coordinate internal & external audits

• Supervise AP & AR processes

• Handle payroll, vendor payments & bank reconciliations

• Implement financial controls & SOPs

• Liaise with bankers & support management decisions

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GST & statutory compliance

• Experience in Tally / ERP / Hotel PMS

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Analytical & leadership abilities
