Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Control

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and team management
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts
Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
Implement internal controls and financial policies

Statutory Compliance & Taxation

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF-related financial coordination
Coordinate with CA and statutory auditors
Handle audits, assessments, and notices

MIS, Reporting & Budgeting

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS & financial statements
Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Banking & Treasury

Manage banking operations, fund planning, and bank reconciliations
Coordinate with banks for limits, documentation, and facilities

Leadership & Coordination

Lead and mentor accounts team
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Support management with financial insights and decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CA preferred
Min 8–15 years of experience in accounts & finance
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and taxation
Proficiency in Tally / ERP and advanced MS Excel
Leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing / Project-based accounting exposure
Handling audits and assessments independently
Multi-location operations experience
