Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts to lead and manage the accounting team. The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, guiding a team of accountants handling diverse functions, ensuring timely finalisation of accounts, and coordinating with auditors, CA, and senior management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of accounting, leadership ability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and guide the team of accountants handling various accounting functions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and Chartered Accountants for audits and compliance.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management presentations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Review and monitor all accounting transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Identify process improvement areas and implement best practices in accounting and reporting.
