*Job Description:*

We are looking for a responsible *Accounts Officer* to manage day-to-day *Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting* for the company.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Accounting* - Handle Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment entries in Tally/ERP

2. *Banking* - Bank reconciliation, process payments via Cheque/NEFT/RTGS, maintain bank statements

3. *Tax & Compliance* - File GST Returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B. Deduct and file TDS. Ensure statutory compliance

4. *Vendor & Customer Management* - Follow up with vendors for payments and customers for dues collection

5. *MIS & Reporting* - Prepare Monthly P&L, Cash Flow, and Ageing Reports

6. *Audit Support* - Coordinate with Internal and Statutory Auditors. Prepare documents

7. *Payroll* - Process monthly payroll, calculate PF and ESI

8. *Policy Adherence* - Follow company policies and accounting standards

*Required Skills & Qualification:*

- *Education*: B.Com, M.Com / CA Inter

- *Experience*: *5* to *6* Years in *Accounts Officer* role

- *Technical Skills*: Tally Prime, MS Excel - Must. ERP - SAP/Oracle is an advantage

- *Knowledge*: GST, TDS, Income Tax, Bank Reconciliation, Finalization of Accounts

- *Soft Skills*: Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and reporting ability

*Preferred:*

- *CA Articleship* experience

- Experience in *Manufacturing Industry*
