Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with hands-on experience in Tally, and MS Excel. The ideal candidate should be familiar with E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill generation, and have a good understanding of GST rules and return filing. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations and supporting senior finance personnel in maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
• Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per government compliance.
• Handle GST-related activities: input credit reconciliation, monthly/quarterly return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and keeping records updated.
• Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
• Prepare sales, purchase, journal, payment, and receipt entries.
• Maintain stock and inventory records in software where applicable.
• Prepare reports and data analysis in MS Excel.
• Assist with payroll entries, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliance.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and account statements.
• Ensure timely data backups and document filing (both physical and digital).
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
• Collaborate with the senior accountant or finance manager for financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Attendance Sheet and Salary Sheet.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime
• Command of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data handling)
• Familiarity with E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill Portal
• Good knowledge of GST rules, return filing, and reconciliation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
