Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager - Accounts to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial planning, and analysis, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing timely insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

- Verify and validate day-to-day accounting transactions

- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)

- Reconcile accounts, ensure accuracy and completeness

2. Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Prepare weekly, monthly budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

- Provide insights and recommendations to management

- Support business decisions with financial data

3. Compliance & Regulatory:

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS returns

- Verify and maintain statutory records

- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities

4. Operational Management:

- Manage debtors, creditors, and ledger accounts

- Coordinate with internal departments, factory teams

- Verify and maintain office records (GRN, sales bills, purchase bills, asset register)

5. Reporting & MIS:

- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management

- Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics

6. Export Operations:

- Handle export-related accounting, compliance

- Verify and file export returns

Qualification: Bachelor's in commerce or in related field

Computer Skills:

- Tally

- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.)

- PowerPoint

Requirements:

- Strong accounting, financial planning background

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail, accuracy

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills

- Experience in export-oriented unit (preferred)

- Male candidate preferred only
