Accounts Manager

Account Responsibilities:

• Manage service-related emails and customer inquiries.

• Update and maintain Excel files for tracking and reporting.

• Handle quotation requests for products and services.

• Arrange courier services or hand deliveries as required.

• Track delivery status and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

• Assign engineers for installations based on location and payment confirmation.

• Close service tickets and send Proof of Delivery (POD) details to HDB . Handle Tally Prime n Edit Log Gold Software.

Tally Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue quotations.

• Record purchase and sales entries accurately.

• Manage and update monthly outstanding reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

• Generate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) invoices.

• Process online payments securely and efficiently.

• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for decision-making.

• Oversee inventory management and stock updates.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
