Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accountant located in New Delhi. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting reconciling bank statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, handling payroll, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The role involves significant interaction with other departments to support overall business operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Financial Reporting, General Ledger Accounting, and Tax Compliance

Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis

Strong skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable

Familiarity with Payroll Processing and Financial Software

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CA certification preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
