About the Role:

Raabika Private Limited is looking for a responsible Accounts Manager who can handle complete accounting operations and manage a team effectively. The candidate should be capable of handling financial tasks along with proper team coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete accounting operations of the company.

Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.

Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, sales, and expenses.

Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and other reports.

Submit daily/weekly performance reports to management.

Ensure smooth team coordination and productivity.

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduation in any stream.

Basic knowledge of accounting (GST, TDS, taxation).

Knowledge of MS Excel / Tally.

Strong team handling and leadership skills.

Responsible and detail-oriented.

Experience:

Fresher / Experienced (Accounting knowledge required).
