About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial statements, manage payables and receivables, coordinate audits, and lead a team of junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

· Timely completion of all statutory compliances (on or before the cut-off date + 3 days).

· Preparation of monthly trial balance and Profit & Loss accounts.

· Development of monthly financial statements including Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.

· Handling of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

· Filing and reconciliation of GST returns including GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C.

· Working knowledge of Form 26AS and IT Returns (both company and individual).

· Support and coordination for financial and tax audits.

· Preparation and maintenance of General Ledger.

· Team management and supervision of junior accounting staff.

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience.

· Educational Qualification: M.Com / Inter CA / B.com.

· Hands-on knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

· Strong understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Analytical skills with leadership capabilities.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
