Accounts Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing accounting procedures, preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team of accounting professionals.

Experience is Minimum of 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.

• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and financial institutions.

• Supervise and support accounting staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
