Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end financial operations for our construction business. The role involves managing daily accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth financial control of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and daily transactions in Tally
Prepare and manage Profit & Loss statements and financial reports
Handle GST filing, tax compliance, and statutory requirements
Manage payroll processing, salary calculations, and compliance
Prepare client bills, contractor bills, and track payments
Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management
Ensure accuracy in all financial records and timely reporting
Required Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Tally
Experience in GST filing and taxation
Payroll management and compliance knowledge
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience in construction or project-based accounting preferred
Note: This is a full-time, office-based role requiring consistent coordination with the operations team.
