Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage daily fund positions, execute payments, coordinate intercompany fund transfers, and ensure financial compliance and documentation. The role involves handling salary processing, vendor payments, and preparing monthly financial reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share fund status reports for the Maple Group.

• Execute payment processing based on internal requests and approvals.

• Manage intercompany fund transfers across Maple, Easyozy, and Refurbedge.

Monthly Responsibilities:

• Handle import payments, particularly for Vendors.

• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and supporting schedules.

• Process salaries including full & final (FNF) settlements.

• Record salary entries in Business Central ERP.

• Compile and report credit card transaction details (MD's account).

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure timely payments related to accounts and HR compliance.

• Oversee vendor reconciliation tasks and guide junior staff.

• Coordinate with HR consultants on compliance and legal matters.

• Prepare and submit banking documentation (signatory updates, etc.).

• Manage banking queries and modifications.

Ad-Hoc & Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Manage top-up and commission for all subsidiaries.

• Handle urgent payments as per instructions .

• Support team members with financial queries.

• Provide financial data and reports to HODs as required.

• Perform additional finance and admin tasks as assigned by the HOD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in finance/accounts operations.

• Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central).

• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

• Good understanding of financial compliance and statutory requirements.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in intercompany fund management.

• Familiarity with handling vendor and salary payments in a corporate setup.
