### About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Accountant to own day-to-day finances and help build our finance function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders and wear multiple hats. This is perfect for someone who wants startup ownership, moves fast, and can switch between getting the books right and building scalable processes.

### Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage AP, AR, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.

- Bookkeeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks/Xero/Zoho Books. Ensure GST/TDS/PF/ESI filings are accurate and on time.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.

- Process Building: Set up expense policies, approval workflows, and internal controls from scratch. Automate wherever possible.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with auditors, CAs, CS, banks, and payment gateways.

- Ad-hoc Analysis: Support pricing, fundraising models, and budgeting as we scale.

### Qualifications

- Must-Have: 2-3 years accounting experience. Hard working , Willing to learn .

- Technical: Strong Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Xero. Solid understanding of Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, Companies Act basics.

- Startup Fit: Prior startup experience or high-growth company exposure preferred. Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

- Skills: Detail-oriented but pragmatic. Can close books accurately yet move fast. Strong ownership and communication.

### •Shall be responsible for Multi operational hats including admin ,supply chain , Vendor management , operations , you will grow in career with the co expansion .
