Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Assistant Account Manager to support our accounts department in managing day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally/Accounting Software, strong Excel skills, and experience in handling vouchers, billing, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining daily accounting records & Year Financial Prepartions.
Handle vendor payments, invoices, bills, and advance clearance.
Maintain and update cash book, ledger entries, and journal entries.
Support in preparing monthly client billing and follow-up for outstanding payments.
Assist in salary disbursement coordination with HR and management.
Prepare expense reports, verify vendor bills, and ensure proper documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and petty cash management.
Coordinate with auditors for providing required documents.
Maintain financial files and documents for easy retrieval.
Support the Accounts Manager in all accounting and administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification.
3-8 years of experience in accounting roles.
Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
Experience in service-industry accounting will be an added advantage.
