Location: WZ-77, Near Indrapuri, Todapur, New Delhi, Delhi – 110012
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager / Accounts Head with 4–6 years of proven experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of import & export accounting, stock journals, GST, TDS, compliance, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel is essential, along with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledgers, balance sheets, and cash flow management.

• Oversee import & export accounting, stock journals, custom duties, and compliance with statutory regulations.

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, VAT, and other tax returns within deadlines.

• Handle audits, reconciliations, vendor payments, receivables, and payables.

• Coordinate with banks for financial transactions and documentation.

• Prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for management review.

• Manage E-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), P&L statements, and reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and support external/internal audits.

• Implement strong financial controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance is mandatory.

• 4–6 years of experience in accounting and finance (preferably in import/export or e-commerce industry).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and stock journal entries.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
