Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager / Accounts Head with 3–5 years of experience to manage our company’s financial and accounting operations. The candidate must have strong knowledge of import & export accounting, GST, TDS, stock journals, compliance, and reconciliations with hands-on expertise in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping, ledger management, balance sheet preparation, and cash flow tracking.

• Manage GST, TDS, VAT, and other tax-related filings.

• Oversee import & export accounting, stock journals, custom duties, and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Perform audit preparations, tax returns, and reconciliations.

• Maintain accounts receivable/payable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare MIS reports for management and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Work on E-commerce P&L and reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

• Implement strong internal controls and support external audits.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting & finance (preferably in import/export business or e-commerce industry).

  • Strong command over Tally ERP, Excel (including advanced functions), and financial reporting.

  • Knowledge of compliance, taxation, stock journals, and statutory requirements.
