📌 Job Title: Accountant – University / Educational Institution

📍 Location: Knowledge Park, Greater Noida
🗓 Working Days: 6 days a week
⏰ Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
💼 Experience Required: 4–8 years
🎓 Preference: Candidates with experience in universities, colleges, or higher education institutes

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the university/institution
Prepare and maintain books of accounts (Tally/ERP)
Handle student fee accounting, reconciliations, and outstanding tracking
Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor coordination
Process salaries, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF/ESI/TDS)
Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and budget reports
Ensure compliance with audits, statutory norms, and internal financial processes
Coordinate with departments (Admin, HR, Admissions) for timely financial data
Assist in annual budgeting, fund utilization reports, and financial planning
Maintain proper documentation and support for NAAC/AICTE/University audits

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and educational institution finance
Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems
Good understanding of TDS, GST, and statutory compliances
Excellent Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
