Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Manager to handle the complete

finance and accounting function of our food chain operations. The ideal candidate will have

strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience

in managing accounts for multi-outlet restaurants or food retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting for all outlets (sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll).

• Prepare and monitor outlet-wise P&L statements, MIS reports, and monthly financials.

• Manage vendor accounts, payments, and reconciliation.

• Handle statutory compliances: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audits.

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and cost control across outlets.

• Work closely with operations to ensure accurate revenue tracking and inventory

management.

• Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Lead and mentor junior accountants and support staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• CA / CMA / M.com /MBA (Finance) qualification preferred.

• 8–10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a food chain, QSR (Quick Service

Restaurant), or hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant accounting

practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / SAP) and MS Excel.

• Sound understanding of taxation, statutory regulations, and financial analysis.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
