Accounts Manager

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Supervise and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and recordkeeping

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management

• Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits

• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and supporting documentation

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making

• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning

• Handle vendor and customer reconciliations

• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings

• Work closely with banks, tax consultants, and external auditors
