Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage the company’s accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and day-to-day finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and coordinating with management, auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain Tally/ERP records, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and working capital.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, payment records, and supporting documents.
Review purchase, sales, expense, and payroll-related accounting entries.
Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.
Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
Supervise junior accounting staff and allocate daily accounting tasks.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and taxation.
Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
Good understanding of financial statements and MIS reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
8–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Manufacturing/company accounting experience will be preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
