Brimag Fasteners Pvt Ltd is a Delhi based organisation manufacturing precise fasteners to the Automotive and the Electrical industry Pan India. It has its origins in Wazirpur, Delhi in 2016 and since then it has been growing at a growth rate of approx. 30% p.a. producing more than 600 million pcs during the last fiscal year. Responsibilities

1. Accounting

• Creating Invoices/ E- Invoices and E way bills

• Uploading Invoices on Clients portal

• Coordinating with Transporters for Delivery confirmation

• Following up with clients for Timely payment collections and resolving despatch related queries

• Uploading Purchase invoices and journal entries in Tally

• Finalising Accounts on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis

2. Compliances

• Coordinating with Company's CA to ensure timely filing of Statutory returns

• Ensuring compliances of all laws like GST, TDS, Income Tax, Company Law, ESIC, etc by the organisation

3. Reporting

• Data entry in Excel

• Budgeting and costing

• Preparing and presenting various financial and production reports to management.

4. Administrative

• Creating PO & Following up with suppliers for timely despatches

• Preparation of accounts for payments

• Maintaining attendance and computing Payroll

• Other related administrative tasks

Traits

• Good knowledge of Basic Accounting

• Good knowledge and hands on experience of Tally

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Fluent with English

• Good organisation and time management skills

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite, G suite)

Eligibility

• Graduation in the field of commerce /CA
