We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with 4–5 years of experience to oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in handling financial statements, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting functions efficiently.
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure timely submission of reports.
Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and other statutory compliances.
Process invoices, bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Implement internal controls and support management with financial insights.
Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure smooth workflow.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
