Accounts Manager

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Maintenance).

• Ensure timely posting, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.

2. GST & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).

• Handle GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and vendor compliance.

• Manage GST audits, notices, and queries from tax authorities.

• Stay updated with GST laws, amendments, and compliance requirements.

3. Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

• Conduct monthly closing and support statutory audits.

• Budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.

4. Team Management & Coordination

• Lead and guide the accounts team in routine operations.

• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.

• Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients for financial matters.

5. Other Compliance & Support

• Ensure timely filing of TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax and other statutory obligations.
