Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of QuickBooks to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records.

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record financial transactions using QuickBooks.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).
Monitor cash flow and maintain expense records.
Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.
