Accounts Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our accounting and finance operations. The intern will assist the finance team with accounts payable, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and record maintenance.

This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to accounting processes and wish to build their careers in finance and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Verify payment details, invoices, supporting documents, and vendor information before processing.

Monitor daily bank balances and maintain bank transaction records.

Support daily and monthly bank reconciliation activities.

Assist with invoice booking, invoice verification, and accounts payable activities.

Match vendor invoices with GST records and assist with

Assist the team with GST, TDS, and RCM calculations, documentation, and payment

Perform data entry and accounting tasks using Tally, Zoho Books, Odoo, or other finance systems.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the finance team.

Skills and Competencies

Basic understanding of accounting principles, TDS and GST

Good knowledge of Microsoft excel

Education and Experience

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 months of internship or accounting experience may apply.
