Job Title: Accounts Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead and manage the company’s accounting operations. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and ensuring accuracy in consolidated and individual financial statements. The candidate should have expertise in taxation, ERP systems, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage internal and external audits.

• Prepare and finalize consolidated and standalone financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Provident Fund, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.

• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

• Review and monitor accounting entries, reconciliations, and MIS reports.

• Implement and manage ERP systems (ERPNext / Tally) for accounting and reporting.

• Ensure timely filing of GST returns and reconciliation.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

• Lead and mentor the accounts team to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) preferred.

• 5–12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong knowledge of GST, PF, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

• Hands-on experience in ERPNext, Tally, and MS Excel.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
