Job Description

Senior Accountant – Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can independently handle the company’s complete Tally accounting work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete accounting in Tally.

- Pass all accounting and production entries in Tally.

- Maintain purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and ledger accounts.

- Prepare and manage GST records and GST returns/filling.

- Bank reconciliation and regular accounting reconciliation.

- Maintain proper books of accounts and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with CA and auditors for accounting, GST, and other compliance work.

- Check and resolve accounting errors and discrepancies.

- Should have a good IQ and logical thinking ability.

- Should be able to understand business transactions quickly and work independently.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and GST.

- Experience in production/manufacturing accounting will be preferred.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
