Position: Accounts Head / Accounts Manager
Experience: 7–12 years (Real Estate / Construction preferred)
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
• Independently manage the complete accounts department and supervise accounting staff.
• Monitor daily receipts, payments, bank balances and cash flow.
• Maintain vendor-wise, customer-wise and project-wise accounts.
• Track outstanding payments, receivables, loans and financial commitments.
• Verify purchase bills, MRNs, contractor bills and payment records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial summaries for management.
• Manage GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, audits and statutory compliance.
• Prepare project-wise expense reports, budgets and fund requirement forecasts.
• Ensure accurate accounting, proper documentation and timely reporting.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel and construction accounting.
• Good understanding of cash-flow management and financial reporting.
• High integrity, leadership skills and ability to work independently.
Key Expectation: Complete ownership of the accounts department, with accurate financial reporting and proactive updates to management on the group’s overall financial position
