Job Description

OmniGen Export is hiring an Export Accounts & Operations Executive (Work From Home).


Responsibilities:


• Prepare Quotations and Proforma Invoices


• Maintain daily expense records and accounts


• Track buyer payments and outstanding balances


• Maintain investor-wise and buyer-wise accounts


• Prepare container-wise Profit & Loss reports


• Update Excel and Google Sheets daily


• Maintain invoices, bills, and supporting documents


• Assist with export documentation and reporting


• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports


Requirements:


• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets


• Basic accounting knowledge


• Tally Prime experience preferred


• Good English communication skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to work independently from home
