Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling export documentation for all export shipment for HO & branches.

  • Source and collate data and prepare BL draft against invoice packing list.

  • Resolve all queries in regard to final preparation of B/L & Invoice.

  • Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for B/L, Invoice and for payment and other details.

  • Submitting of SI to the shipping line & Preparing House B/L in studio.

  • USA, shipments ACD/ISF/AMS filing.

  • Payment request in studio & arrange payment from account dept.

  • Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Exports consignments handled by Key Account Managers.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: 1 - 2 years in export documentation

  • Minimum Graduate (B.Com)

  • MS Office (Excel/Word)

  • Language Proficiency – English, Marathi and Hindi

  • Candidates with experience working in Logistics and forwarding industry ONLY will be preferred
