Accountant cum Admin/HR and Material Coordinator at Raghav Enterprises

Raghav Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin/HR and Material Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can expertly manage financial operations, human resources, administrative tasks, and material coordination. Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

Accounting & Finance:

  • Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

  • Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Human Resources & Administration:

  • Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including office supplies management, correspondence, and record-keeping.

  • Organize and maintain company files, both physical and digital.

Material Coordination:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials and services.

  • Track and reconcile material movements, ensuring accuracy in stock records.

  • Assist in optimizing material flow and storage solutions within the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy and a strong commitment to precision.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience Range: 1-5 years of experience in a similar accounting, administrative, or HR role, with exposure to material coordination.

  • Applicants must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
