Raghav Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin/HR and Material Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
Accounting & Finance:
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Human Resources & Administration:
Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Handle general administrative tasks, including office supplies management, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Organize and maintain company files, both physical and digital.
Material Coordination:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of materials and services.
Track and reconcile material movements, ensuring accuracy in stock records.
Assist in optimizing material flow and storage solutions within the organization.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Range: 1-5 years of experience in a similar accounting, administrative, or HR role, with exposure to material coordination.
Applicants must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
