Job Description

*Job Title:* Export Documentation Executive (International Logistics)

*Location:* Sahibabad(near Kaushambi metro)

*Salary:* 15k–20k per month

*Experience:* Minimum 1 year in freight forwarding/logistics pricing

*Qualification:* Graduate

*Gender Preference:* Both

*Week Off:* Sunday

*Shift Timing:* 10:00AM to 7:00PM

*Industry:* Freight Forwarding (International Logistics)


*Required Skills:*

* Basic knowledge of international logistics (air & sea)

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Proficient in MS Excel and email handling

* Export documentation knowledge

* Coordination & follow-up skills


*Roles & Responsibilities:*

* Prepare export documents (Invoice, BL, COO, etc.)

* Coordinate with shipping lines, CHAs, and transporters

* Ensure customs & regulatory compliance

* Handle Letter of credit (LC) documentation and bank submissions

* Track shipments and update clients

* Maintain document records and filing

* Generate shipping bills and BRCs

* Prepare MIS and shipment reports

* Respond to client documentation queries
