We are looking for an Accounts & Export Documentation Executive to join our team at at Carudyog. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Registration & Documentation
Handling registration of new company vehicles at the RTO.
Managing renewal of registrations, permits, and fitness certificates.
Maintaining complete vehicle-related documentation as per legal norms.
3. Permits & Taxes
Handling payment of road taxes and keeping tax receipts updated.
5. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintaining a database of all company vehicles, permits, licenses, and expiry dates.
Preparing and submitting reports on vehicle status, compliance deadlines, and expenses.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
