Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, ledger entries, journal vouchers, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare MIS reports, monthly closing statements, and support in audits (internal & statutory).

  • Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account follow-ups.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

SAP & Inventory Management

  • Handle end-to-end accounting processes using SAP (FI/MM modules preferred).

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock valuation, GRN/GIN entries, and stock reconciliation.

  • Monitor stock movements, aging analysis, and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams.

  • Support physical stock audits and ensure system vs. physical stock accuracy.
