About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with daily bookkeeping activities, and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain journal entries and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Manage voucher entries, general ledger posting, and reconciliations.

• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.

• Handle invoicing and maintain accurate billing records.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.

• Proficiency in voucher entry, journal entry, general ledger posting, and invoicing.

• Strong understanding of balance sheet preparation and reconciliation.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
